24HR emergency Plumbers South London

"Very disappointed with their service. I had a plumber sent out to help with a cartridge issue in our shower/bath. He was a perfectly nice guy and tried his best, but I have serious doubts about his experience and knowledge. He provided no insight or solutions beyond what I had already tried myself, and he was unable to fix the issue or isolate the water supply to the bath. When we turned the water back on to the house, water started gushing from the top of the tap to the celing. He was unable to resolve the problem and instead suggested that the entire tap system would need replacing. I was still charged a fee for the visit. I contacted another plumber the following morning. He isolated the water supply and replaced the cartridge in under 20 minutes, resolving the issue completely. The plumber who attended was a nice person and the communication from Gabriel was good, but unfortunately the lack of knowledge and inability to resolve what turned out to be a relatively straightforward issue was very disappointing."
