A J Gas & Water Ltd

"Alan was absolutely outstanding with fixing our boiler! He explained every step of the process clearly and patiently, making sure we understood what was happening and why. He went out of his way to source a part that was needed, which made all the difference, and his pricing was very reasonable. A true professional with exceptional expertise and customer service! Alan should be teaching the masses. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!"

"Alan recently replaced an old and faulty boiler I had with a new Glow Worm boiler & smart thermostat. Alan did an excellent job to a very high standard. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. The old messy pipes which had to be hidden away were replaced with neat new copper pipes which don't need to be hidden at all. Alan identified a (dangerous) problem with the previous flue which he corrected. The next phase of work involves replacing all my radiators and Alan and his team are the only people I’d want for the job! I would highly recommend him."

"If you need a professional heating engineer who knows everything about heating hot water and plumbing look no further. I am so happy about the quality of his workmanship it’s top draw as well his honesty which means a lot. I have now recommended this company to all my friends and family. Many thanks A .J. water & heating ltd."

"We had a problem with the flush of the toilet which was very old. I called Alan because his contact was given to me by someone who could not make it. Alan came on the same day and checked the problem. He suggested replacing the toilet and did the job in couple of hours the following day. His quote was very fair and reasonable. He did a fantastic job, clean, tidy and quick. I will use his service in the future for sure and would gladly recommend him for any job. Alan is also a great, polite and very honest person himself."

"We needed to split our heating circuit in 2 (one for upstairs and one for downstairs) to make the system more efficient. Alan did a great and very tidy job and cleaned up the mess in our pipes from the previous plumber. He also helped to find the right thermostats and controls for us. He did everything as promised - very professional. Would definitely recommend him and will always use him going forward."
