A.K. Locksmiths Ltd

"I had an excellent experience with Andy from A.K Locksmiths. He responded to my messages promptly and provided an effective solution to repair my patio doors. He also took the time to check that all my other doors were working properly, which was greatly appreciated. Despite the short notice, his service was efficient and reliable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trustworthy locksmith."

"A highly helpful and extremely honest, moral, and meticulous in paying attention to every detail. He went well above and beyond to help me. A genuine rarity in this time and age!!"

"I email these guys to ask for a quote. I ask them if their prices are competitive because I saw the similar product that is cheaper elsewhere. No reply. In the end, I thought I'd just pay them since they have good reviews and maybe I can trust their service. After calling back and emailing again, they constantly hang up on me and ignore emails. Imagine this experience when you are locked out of your flat/house in the middle of the night..."

"I had been having trouble finding a locksmith who could cut a certain type of key. A well known high street chain were very nice, but said that they did not have the blanks and even if I got the correct blank online and brought it to them, their machine could not cut it. I also tried another respected independent locksmith who said that it is too hard to cut, make work and we probably need to just replace the lock. I contacted a property manager who I highly respect and is very experienced. He said that these people are really good. I did the journey and it was well worth it. They picked up the phone quickly, were friendly and got me to send a picture of the key to them just to ensure it wouldn't be a waste of journey. They are incredible experts with a fantastic workshop. The price was almost half that of the well known high street chain and that key alongside 6 other keys I asked them to do, all worked first time. A really great company."

"The gentleman is extremely helpful and patient, offering clear guidance based on his expertise. Even if you’re not a locksmith, you’ll be able to change a standard lock on your own with his instructions. Highly recommended!"
