A-Z Heating Engineers LTD

"Worst experience ever. Called to fix boiler charged £250 for turning a switch on. This is rediculous. We have been told £49 for inspection and labour charges if anywork needs to be done. Charged us £250 for turning a switch on. We are not scammers. My husband called the above number, a lady answered the call and told him that she will send someone in an hour. An engineer called Luke Lansdell turned up at our house in an hour. Checked everything and said no issue with the boiler, just needs to turn a switch on and the lady called us back and informed that we need to pay him £250. I have got all the information about him including his contact details and I have got proof for the bank transfer as well. If he doesn’t work for you I think you need to report him, not me."

"The engineer came and replaced the cylinder and did a great job. I'm very happy with the result and will definitely use him again in the future. He was very professional and had excellent manners throughout."

"Highly recommended – genuine and trustworthy! Hussain was excellent from start to finish. He was very kind and took the time to talk through the fault with my dad over the phone, clearly explaining what the issue might be and even how it could potentially be resolved without a call-out. When that wasn’t possible, he came out quickly (within the hour), diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and explained everything clearly to both me and my dad. He already had the part with him and fixed the issue there and then at a very reasonable price. The fault was with Heatmiser underfloor heating. Hussain was honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy — qualities that are hard to find these days. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable heating engineer."

"We’ve worked with Hussain several times now, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and professional a true expert at what he does. Communication is always smooth; he’s easy to reach, punctual, and consistently completes work faster than estimated without compromising on quality. Most recently, he installed a new hot water cylinder for us, and once again delivered excellent results with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone this efficient, trustworthy, and skilled. We’ll definitely continue using Hussain’s services and would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality plumber."
