"​🛑 UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Refused Refund Based on "Transit Damage" (Or Someone Else's Parcel!) ​I ordered a sink from ABI Interiors, changed my mind, and returned it completely unopened and untouched in its original condition. I used their designated courier, DPD, as requested. ​Out of nowhere, ABI Interiors emailed me to refuse my refund, attaching photos of a box that looks completely obliterated, taped over with courier tape, and structurally compromised. The level of damage is shocking and completely inconsistent with the pristine parcel I handed over to DPD. ​Zero Proof It's My Item: The photos they provided show a heavily damaged box, but they have failed to show any linking evidence—no return labels, no tracking information, and no serial numbers—to prove this ruined box is even mine. ​Passing the Buck on Courier Fault: Even if this is my parcel, it was visibly damaged in transit by their courier network. Yet, ABI Interiors is lazily attributing the transit damage to me to avoid paying out a refund. ​Appalling "Goodwill" Options: Their definition of customer service is telling me they will either "generously" send the broken item back to me for free or destroy it. ​I have formally disputed their decision, requested clear evidence identifying the package as mine, and demanded they take this up with their courier rather than penalizing the consumer. If you value your money and expect fair consumer rights, stay far away from ABI Interiors. They will use courier negligence as an excuse to pocket your cash. Order UK-858423."

"We purchased two en-suite bathroom fittings from ABI Interiors. The quality of their products is superb and we are absolutely delighted with the brushed copper items. Furthermore, their after sales service is also 5*. We had some issues with two of the towel warmer rails. Kirsti and Robert could not have done more to see this situation resolved. "I was looking for a quality product and found exactly what I wanted on ABI Interiors website. The double sink and drainer were ordered on Sunday and delivered Tuesday. Communications were 1st class and I was kept updated regarding delivery times. Extremely well packed so arrive in perfect condition. Very happy customer who would highly recommend this company."

"Bought two items from ABI for our kitchen/dining renovation at the end of 2023. Door handles for our pocket sliding doors which have a lovely finish and our beautiful kitchen pull out tap. I’m really pleased we went for this in the end. Very high quality. Delivery was very prompt. The only criticism I have for the tap is that we bought the spray end attachment which was separate, wish this could be an option to be part of the tap as it seems a waste - we had to take off the original end which now doesn’t have a use. & the attachment was an extra cost. But overall good experience with good customer service."

The quality is great and the girls were super friendly and amazingly helpful in putting together my order for me. When it came to installation nothing was missing, had all the correct valves and aerators etc. I changed my mind on a couple of items, and the sales team were extremely helpful in arranging a return and exchange with a couple of days turnaround. Really impressed!"
