Ace Rapid Plumbing

"Chris is my go-to plumber, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Over the several times I’ve used his services, he has consistently delivered excellent work. He is always on time, highly dependable, and brings great problem-solving skills to the table, fixing issues that others struggled with. Five stars!"

"Absolutely brilliant service from Chris at Ace Rapid Plumbing. Our hot water kept randomly dropping, so Chris came out to inspect everything for us. He was incredibly professional, honest, and knowledgeable from start to finish. What really stood out was his integrity — after assessing the issue properly, he advised that it was something we needed to raise with British Gas rather than trying to charge us unnecessarily. He didn’t even charge for the call-out, which was genuinely appreciated and says a lot about his character and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy, helpful, and responsive these days. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a reliable plumber who genuinely cares about helping people rather than just making money. Fantastic experience all round."

"We had 2 sinks backing up with water, and our plunger wasn't cutting the mustard. We contacted Chris, he was quick to respond, had good communication and came first thing the next morning. He got everything sorted quickly, gave advice to help avoid a repeat issue in the future and was professional and tidy. We would definitely use him again. Thank you."

"I recently had my toilet replaced by a plumber from this company and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. He was punctual and courteous. What stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a thorough job. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and competent plumbing work. A great experience from start to finish. Thanks Chris!"
