Adam's Windows

"Had my window replaced recently and really happy with the service received. Adam did a great job, arrived within confirmed timeframe, clean and tidy. Installation looks great. Even added a safety lock which wasn't there before. Window looks polished and feels much more secure. Really impressed with Adams professionalism and would happily recommend. Thank you for a smooth, stress‑free experience."

"I ordered 3 windows to be supplied and fitted by Adam. two of the windows he measured incorrectly so they couldn't be fitted on the day he turned up to do the work. The other window measured a slightly larger size to the existing one so it made quite a mess to fit it and then do the sanding down of the plastering that Adam did to a reasonable standard. He was charming when I first met him but didn't take responsibility for the errors he made and was a little bit bolshy at times. The one window was done over a few days which was also irritating that he didn't just remain on the job. I cannot recommend. The window fitted was however of a decent quality and aesthetics but ordering from a 1 man band operation can carry risks."

"Adam was very polite and understanding. We had quite unusual hours that he could work at our place, but he was very flexible, which was so helpful. He did great job on our windows!"

"We’re extremely happy with Adam’s work and would recommend him and his services to anyone. After a terrible experience with Traditional Sash Windows we contacted Adam to see if he'd be able to fix our poorly installed windows. He was aware of the amount of money we had already spent having them installed and did everything he could to keep his costs down for us. He was able to start work very quickly and completed the work in a short time period. He was reliable and trustworthy, honestly advising us on what work was necessary, rather than just going for the expensive option. We are finally happy with our timber sash windows thanks to Adam. His prices are reasonable and he is very professional. We only wish we had used him in the first place to install our windows. He even noticed our front door was rattling in the frame and offered to tighten the latch for us. Could not recommend highly enough, thank you Adam!"

"Adam restored an old door we had found for us. This involved replacing quite a lot of the old stained glass in the door and generally restoring it. He also fit new glass in our door frame and fixed our locks for us etc. He did a very good job and is very reliable and responsive. His prices are very competitive for the quality of his work."
