AE4 Build Ltd

"Ahmmad and Team picked up the renovation of our one bedroom flat at short notice, with the work only partially done by a previous contractor who had abandoned the job and left us in a really difficult position. He and his team were excellent to work with and were able to have the work done in a matter of weeks, including the complete gutting and remodeling of the bathroom, and the completion of a partially and poorly installed kitchen. I have no hesitation giving the highest recommendation for the team. The only area for improvement would be communication after the build was completed, although that’s partially down to them coming so highly recommended and being straight onto other projects."

"We recently used the AE4 build team to complete a bathroom renovation, including the structural removal of a chimney breast. From start to finish, everything was very well organised and professionally managed. Ahmmad’s coordination made the whole process so much easier for us. He was also on hand if clarification or advice was needed when purchasing things like door frames, doors, fixtures, fittings etc. The team were always polite, respectful and kept the space clean and tidy throughout. Communication was excellent and everyone regularly checked-in throughout to ensure we were always on the same page. The quality of the finish is excellent and the entire experience has been nothing but positive. I throughly recommend AE4 build and will be using them again for any and all future work."

"Ahmmad and his team have just finished renovating our 1930’s home and we’re thrilled with what they’ve done. Ahmmad clearly puts client satisfaction at the heart of what he does and, along the way, made sure we were happy. He met us on a weekly basis to assure progress and no questions were too small. Ahmmad’s team were great and always left the house clean and tidy. The quality of their work was brilliant. It’s been great working with AE4 build and I can’t recommend them more highly."

"Ahmmad and his team did an amazing job building our side return extension. They had great attention to detail and took the time to make sure the job was carried out to a high standard. We are really pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. We are using their services again for a commercial building project."

"Ahmmad and his team worked on a side return kitchen extension for us. We are thrilled with the results and the process for getting there. We have had a number of builders and building work done over the last few years, this was by and away the best experience we have had. The team arrived promptly every morning and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They were friendly, courteous and took pride in their work. Ahmmad himself was responsive and always available to meet and discuss. They were all flexible to changes to the job took on extra tasks at reasonable costs. Ahmmad has been helpful with structural measurements and building control, seeing the job through to the end"
