AGA Associates

"We have had a good experience when dealing with AGA associates. We contacted Joseph and team about a year back and it took us a lot of time to get the proposal fully made including multiple alterations. In addition, after it was submitted to Barnet Council it took about 2 1/2 months for the Council to report back. All this while, Joseph and team had been following up on the application in addition to making some amendments to the application made after submission when the Council seemed to have made an error in putting the incorrect application online. We are happily delighted that the application has been fully granted. We are now planning to make a second application for a similar review of another part. Joseph and team have been professional in dealing with us thoughwe would have liked to have hadmore time to discuss the proposal and make amendments. We are delighted to them for having us to get over the line. Thank you"

"Joseph helped us from start to finish with our outbuilding drawing to submission to then a granted planning permission. He was so helpful with all our questions & looking into many question we had. Always happy to speak to us no matter how big or small our query was. Very happy to have had his help through this process!"

"My husband & l were very impressed with Joseph & his Team at AGA in the thorough way the firm went about compiling our Retrospective Planning Application accompanied with meticulously detailed drawings, which were complimented by our Builder/Project Manager's photos. They talked through the approach they were going to take with the Council, kept us informed every step of the way, attended & guided meetings with us and our Council Case Officer and liaised with our Builder/Project Manager when necessary. Joseph was at all times patient & calm throughout the many months of negotiation with the Council. We therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending AGA, to family & friends and anyone else seeking the services of a surveyor, especially since they were successful in receiving Unconditional Planning Approval to our plans, on our behalf, yesterday! Thank you very much!"

"I was delighted with the service provided by AGA Associates in drawing up the architectural plans for my extension. They are a professional team, responsive and efficient. The process was clearly laid out from the start, updates given at regular intervals and they ensured a successful planning permission outcome. Their fees are excellent value for money. Many thanks in particular to Joseph for his warmth and professionalism."

"Excellent company to work with. I had an out house that needed planning permission. AGA really helped us, understand where we went wrong before, and helped us get the planning permission we needed. Excellent communication, and great service. Will definitely be contacting them again for further projects."
