Mohammad and his colleague arrived at around 12pm and were polite, professional and efficient throughout. They quickly identified the problem, kept me informed throughout the process and were completely transparent about how they were going to fix it. They had all the necessary spare parts with them, so everything was resolved by 1pm. I was extremely impressed with the quick response, excellent service and reasonable pricing.
