Andrews & Sons Locksmiths

"My nan's place in Hither Green had the back door lock fail on her in early March. I rang Andrews because a neighbour had used them years back. They came out the next morning, took a proper look at what had gone wrong with the latch mechanism, and sourced a like-for-like replacement instead of upselling her on a smart lock she would never use. Tidy work, sensible cost, and they sent her a paper invoice she could file with her landlord. Decent firm."

"I got locked out of my flat with a stubborn rim lock, and they showed up pretty sharp. The locksmith handled the emergency without any faff and had me back inside in no time. Solid, reliable service when it mattered. Would call again if needed."

"I was quoted £45 call out by this firm. They arrived and quoted silly money, I told them to go away, they became aggressive and charged £150 just for the call out with no work carried out. Be very careful with this company."

"My front door lock broke recently, but after I called this company, someone came out to inspect the damage and quickly fixed it. The replacement lock that is currently in place is satisfactory, and the service was cordial and effective."

"I had a Lexus ES Hybrid that was in desperate need of a car door lock reassembly after repairs. The locksmith showed up on time and was able to get the job done with no problem. Their service was quick and reliable."
