ANDS Architecture

"We had a really great experience working with this architect team. They were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole project. They listened carefully to our ideas, gave us practical advice, and suggested smart design solutions we hadn’t even considered. Their guidance really helped us make better decisions and avoid costly mistakes. The final result turned out even better than we expected, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for creative architects who also give honest and helpful advice."

"I found Afraz very easy to deal with from start to finish. He helped us draft the plans we wanted for our home extension and supported the process all through council until our plans were granted/approved. He was efficient and good value for money! My neighbour also used him to draft their plans."

"ANDS are a fantastic company, easy to work with, full of smart ideas, and always professional. Afraz really takes the time to understand what you want and finds creative ways to make it happen. Communication was spot on throughout and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend."

"I'm really impressed with the team. We had a great experience working with ANDS Architecture on both our commercial and residential properties. The team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although our commercial property project was more technical, we were especially impressed by their creativity on our home, which perfectly met our needs. Highly recommend them."

"Working with ANDS Architecture was a breath of fresh air. We needed an extension but didn’t want the hassle of coordinating different contractors or dealing with unexpected issues ourselves. From day one, the team handled everything from design, planning, and construction with confidence and care. Any challenges (they were a few) that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally. It was the smoothest building experience we’ve ever had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."
