ANQ DESIGN & BUILD LTD

"We recently used ANQ for our double garage conversion into a large kitchen/diner and are delighted with the new fabulous space. From the initial quote (which was very competitive and remained the same) through to completion, Qais, Nazeer and the team were easy to deal with, friendly, polite with good ideas and a "can do" attitude. Plus the group WhatsApp chat made communication easier. As with any building project there were a few issues along the way that we wanted sorting however the team dealt with them efficiently which I feel is important to mention. Also special thanks to Qais for coming over especially to fit our new cat flap through the wall before we went on holiday and at no extra charge! We have some future projects planned and will use ANQ again. Thank you."

"Professional, Transparent & Highly Skilled Builders! We had an amazing experience with ANQ Design & Build Ltd for our house extension and property refurbishment. From the very first day, the team was well-organized—Qais (Manager) and Shams (Project Manager) set up a WhatsApp group for smooth and easy communication, ensuring we were always updated on progress. The payment structure was clear and very trusted, with payments made in stages, including some only after completion. There were no hidden costs or surprises, which gave us complete peace of mind. Their work on our loft conversion, kitchen extension, and bathroom renovation was top-notch. If you’re looking for reliable builders near me, ANQ Design & Build Ltd is the company to choose. They offer affordable construction services without compromising on quality. A big thanks to Qais, Shams, and the whole team for their professionalism, transparency, and outstanding work. I highly recommend them for anyone needing trusted builders for home renovations, new build homes, or any construction project!"
