Archicon Ltd

"Ahmad and Archicon recently completed several projects for us in our house. A complete bathroom overhaul, with new tiles, shower and sink installation, damp proofing another bathroom, then wallpapering it, and fixing a long-standing external leak problem (we hope!), They also installed new sound dampening wall panels, and did further wallpapering. Let me just say, after all the frustrations we've had over the years with inadequate builders, Ahmad has proven to stand out among his peers, as the complete opposide. He is shining example of what a good builder should be - excellent quality and standards, excellent customer service and communication skills, and competitive prices. All the other builders in the past, who have charged too much, and delivered too little, should step it up, because Ahmad is here to show a better way. I can't recommend Ahmad highly enough, and look forward to moving onto our Phase II projects with him soon. Thanks Ahmad for looking after us so well. Jonathan and Lisa"

"Excellent experience with this company. Phiras is very knowledgeable and generous with his time and expertise. I was in a spot of difficulty on a renovation project and he was able to advise on next steps to help and connected me to his structural engineer in order to inspect my property as a matter of urgency. Would highly recommend."

"I was thrilled to be able to share a review of Archicon, as Phiras and the team have been an invaluable resource for me on a number of projects, both professional and personal. Phiras is a very collaborative partner, willing to spend time with his clients and contractors to get to the best outcome. I've always felt that he has my best interests at heart and is working hard to deliver a fantastic project at a very competitive price point. I would recommend to everyone looking for a highly competent and supportive architect."

"Ahmed and his team carried out extensive work, including the removal of three chimney breasts in full compliance with building regulations, installing new ceilings, radiators, and decorating the entire house. Communication with Ahmed was excellent throughout; missed calls were promptly followed up with messages; all explanations were clear and reassuring. The work was completed professionally, with meticulous attention to detail, most importantly respect for my home. Following completion, any queries and minor issues were addressed quickly and the team arrived promptly to resolve them. It was reassuring to know that my concerns would be dealt with without hesitation. I would highly recommend Ahmed and his team for their professionalism, clear communication, politeness, and the care they take to ensure every aspect of the job is done properly."

"Ahmad and his team delivered an exceptional refurbishment of our period property. Their work included installing a sink in the WC, replacing the skylight, diagnosing and repairing a significant wall crack with a long-term solution, and removing a fireplace followed by high-quality replastering. Throughout the project, the team demonstrated outstanding workmanship and professionalism. We would not hesitate to engage their services again."
