ASAP Roofing And Building Solutions Ltd

"We have had many contractors and professionals perform work at our home and unfortunately the experience with this “company” was the most unprofessional to date. We have accepted that it is our fault that we were grossly overcharged for the materials recommended and used , and the only reason this is two stars rather than 1 is because, so far, the flat roof replacement seems to be done at a satisfactory standard. However, the lack of proper customer service provided overshadowed everything. Difficulty with price transparency, day workers traipsing through the house, forgotten equipment, waste removal said to be included yet ladders, tanks and extra roofing materials left in our front garden and tentatively scheduled for pick up two weeks after receiving full payment. And finally, workers knowingly breaking a piece of furniture and management disappearing when repeatedly asked about reimbursement . I do fear other reviews below have been AI generated as this , unfortunately, was just not a professional experience."
