"Fantastic service , i emailed them and they responded immediately and this was on a weekend , I went on there website and easily picked my key , all easily done"

"After an attempted break-in left our patio door damaged, this locksmith came to the rescue—and exceeded every expectation. From the first call, they were professional, reassuring, and quick to respond. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving the door more secure than it was before. It was a stressful situation, but their excellent service, expertise, and calm professionalism made all the difference. I couldn’t recommend them more highly."

"Very prompt, considered and thoughtful service. Had my front door smashed and John & Iain were extremely prompt in responding, attending to the problem and replacing the door on the tight timetable you would expect in an emergency (other firms I contacted indicated a significantly longer lead time), and mostly over the weekend. Would definitely recommend."

"I could not recommend ASL Security Locks more! The service I received was nothing short of exceptional. After having another company give me a lead time of 6 days, ASL were able to get out and provide and fit a new door the very next morning, having spoken late in the day. I needed a brand new door after having the old one knocked in. John reassured me this would be no problem and completed as soon as possible. The master craftsman Henry, who came the next morning to do the work, was also exceptional – a true expert. This was not the easiest job on the top floor of the building, but sensing how vital it was, it was completed that day. He found a way to make it work. He was polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, amazing at his job, a true perfectionist. He completed the job and left us feeling secure again. Amazing work."

"Had my steel door installed from ASL yesterday, and after much delay due to covid i'm very pleased with it. I’ve just moved into an apartment and wanted a door that was more secure, fire rated and would allow me to retain the existing appearance on the outside of the door whilst matching my new internal doors as part of my refurbishment. ASL came out very quickly to do the survey and were very helpful in getting exactly what i wanted in terms of matching to the existing door on both the outside and my internal doors inside. This door is expensive! there’s no getting away from that. However, its without doubt a quality door that provides a significant security upgrade, and peace of mind that provides. This was also the only door on the market I could find that was made from steel, fire rated (had to be as I live in an apartment) and allowed a different design on both sides of the door (also a requirement to keep external appearance the same). Its really finished off my refurbishment and I’d definitely recommend for anyone in an apartment who will have similar requirements which another door won’t meet."
