Austin & Son Roofing & Building Ltd

"Austin did our roof a little while ago we paid £14000 and the roof is in such terrible condition with leaks everywhere . I called him to get it fixed and he never called me back as he said he would. Stay away from this company.."

"Austin came to my property and gave me a quote on my flat roof. The following week work was carried out. Thank you"

"Shocking daylight robbery. Austin reviewed the works needed and quoted for 2 days, 2 roofers. He said they'd start at 9am and arrived around 11:30am and only one roofer stayed to complete the job and finished same day. I questioned this and Austin said 200+ tiles were replaced - I worked from home facing the ladder providing access to the roof and the roofer climbed the ladder a total of 2 times so there is no way that this was true. Austin guaranteed a quality invoice but instead just emailed me a brief list such as "repair slate work" and then a total cost. This proved useless when selling the house. No honesty, no professionalism, overcharged massively. The experience still affects my ability to trust honest trades people. Would not recommend."

"Great service, Austin and his team came round and sorted all the problems with my roof, including chimney Breast and apex… highly recommended"

"Watched this person throw rubbish out of their vehicle, even though there was a bin next to them that they could’ve got out and used. Disgusting to see, especially for a business."
