Bathroom Design Studio London

"Great experience from start to finish. Richard was very professional suggesting practical options and small details that we would have never considered but which vastly improved the functionality of our small bathroom. All materials arrived in good time. Bathroom fitters recommended by BDS were fabulous - not easy to find skilled workmen in London. We were really pleased with all aspects and the bathroom has evolved from grotty to fabulous - many thanks - so pleased I made the first step of going to the showroom - would recommend to everyone."

"We went to Bathroom Design Studio worried that our downstairs WC was going to be cramped and uncomfortable. The whole team at BDS were so helpful and guided us through the process of finding the perfect sanitary ware for the space we were working with. They went far beyond what we could have reasonably expected given our tight timelines and changing criteria, and we’re so happy with the result. Highly recommended. Thank you!"

"BDS re-designed and sourced everything I needed to turn my cramped bathroom into a beautiful new space. Really practical suggestions, patient, responsive, trustworthy, excellent vision during the design process and also they have a really beautiful selection of items (beyond what you might find by just "googling"). Great "after"-service as well, pointing me towards features that I'd never have figured out on my own! Couldn't recommend Richard and the BDS team more."

"Last year Richard helped me with renovating 4 bathrooms. I dealt with quite a few suppliers in this project and Richard was one of the most pleasant - very kind, efficient and responsive. Everything from the products to the after sale service was very well handled, stress free. Thank you very much."

"I would highly recommend BDS, it is the best suppliers I had ever. We just completed our whole house renovations last year and BDS got us everything at a competitive price. Special thanks to Mathew, the process is very reassuring, we are well informed at each stage. In particular, Mathew provided us outstanding after sales service (which is quite hard to find with other suppliers)! We had issues with one bath spout and its thermostat. Mathew helped us engage with manufacturer several times and even got the technician in to help fix the issues!"
