"I originally went in because a plumber had told me I needed a new bath tap. The guys at Bathwise talked me through the range of new taps. Then they asked how old was my existing tap. I told them and they said I could get new cartridges. I returned with the tap model number and they helped me find a supplier online. I ordered the cartridges and a local plumber fitted them .
