Beams Renovation

"I've had the opportunity to work with Beams on a number of projects, and they've consistently been great to work with. From the planning stage through to completion, everything is organised and runs exactly as it should. The information provided is always clear, materials are delivered when needed, and the whole process is well coordinated. One thing I really appreciate is that invoices are paid on time without any hassle, which isn't something you can always count on in this industry. The team communicates well, treats trades with respect, and makes it easy to concentrate on delivering a high standard of work. Working with Beams has always been a straightforward and positive experience. I'd happily recommend Beams to any tradesperson or contractor looking to work with a professional company that values quality, reliability, and good working relationships."

"As ELMAZ Construction, we've had the pleasure of completing numerous renovation projects with Beams, and our experience has been consistently excellent. Their design team produces beautiful, well-thought-out designs that are both practical and visually impressive. The designers are highly responsive, collaborative, and always available to resolve queries quickly, which makes the construction process far more efficient. Their procurement process is equally impressive. Materials are well organised, deliveries are reliable, and everything is managed professionally, helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. The project management team is outstanding. Communication is clear, proactive, and responsive throughout every stage of the build. Any issues are dealt with promptly, allowing us to focus on delivering a high-quality finish. Most importantly, the clients are consistently happy with the end result. The combination of excellent design, efficient procurement, and strong project management creates a seamless experience for both contractor and client. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Beams and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, well-managed renovation platform."

"In the end, I am really pleased with the outcome. Beams was there to support all the way, and accommodated the design changes during the build. Really proud of my renovated home. Only issue I experienced was that the lack of control over procurement via Beams which can be annoying sometimes due to delays. Happy with the contractors chosen by Beams, especially the building company Torba Building Service. Overall. Worth it."

"We chose Hampstead Renovations for our loft conversion and had a very good experience from start to finish. The team was polite, reliable and easy to deal with, and the work was carried out to a high standard. They kept the house as tidy as possible, explained things clearly and were quick to sort any small issues along the way. The new loft has completely changed how we use the space and it feels like part of the original house. Very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them."

"Great experience with the Beams team on a structurally tricky bathroom renovation. The team took genuine care in the preparation of the designs, visiting the site early to ensure deliverability. They appointed a very high quality build team who delivered an excellent result with care, efficiency and skill. Would jiggly recommend."
