"★★★★★ Bernard Andrew Roofing delivered an absolutely outstanding service at the Ambassador Residence on Kensington Palace Gardens. From start to finish, their workmanship was nothing short of exceptional. Mr. Andrew carried out a perfect like-for-like roofing replacement, maintaining the character and integrity of the property while achieving a flawless finish. What truly set them apart was their professionalism and dedication. Not only did they complete the agreed work to an incredibly high standard, but they also went above and beyond by addressing additional issues in other sections of the roof—work that wasn’t even part of the original scope. That level of care and pride in their craft is rare to find. The results were so impressive that even the property management office expressed their satisfaction with the outcome. The team was efficient, courteous, and clearly passionate about what they do. I’m extremely grateful for their efforts and couldn’t be happier with the final result. A truly beautiful job, carried out with skill, integrity, and excellence. Highly recommended!"
