Bespoke Windows & Doors For You

"Monika and her team have been fantastic throughout the entire process. She’s very friendly and patiently talked me through all the details of the sash windows. She also promptly addressed a few minor issues post installation. The quality of the windows is exceptional for the price! I’m very happy with my new windows and will definitely recommend them."

"We had two small windows replaced recently. We are very pleased with the work and the craftsmanship of the installer and the quality of the windows themselves. The price seemed reasonable (though rubbish is not removed). Queries were addressed quickly. I recommend anyone to use the company, however, a few concerns: * no reply to an initial contact via website form * proposed charge for minor refurbishing of a(nother) window seemed much too high and exact details not specified on quotation * installer does not take away the building rubbish * company insists on customer paying 100% cost of installation before the work is completed, which is not usual for building work, suggests the company might have financial problems, and is unsettling for customers until the work is completed * had to request a warranty on completion of work."

"The sash bay window in our new kitchen are the most stunning feature of the new room! I love it - the team have been wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend. Monika has helped me every step of the way - Thank you. Would highly recommend."

"I couldn’t recommend this company enough. We replaced every window in our house with them and not only did they provide a great price (we had multiple quotes) but Monika truly took the time to talk and show us the different options/ styles / finishes so that we felt really comfortable with our order. The windows are now fitted and are 10/10. Couldn’t be happier!"

"We had 7 wooden sash windows made which look great, Monika was soo helpful the whole way through the process and Peter who installed the windows done a great job. Thank you both so much!"
