"I received a 'deep' cleaning service for a new move-in to a flat which was completely empty. However the cleaner arrived seemed to just have picked up cheap cleaning liquids from the local Sainsbury's and didn't bring any cloths or scrubs. Luckily the house had an old rag or two in the cupboard. Upon deeper inspection a couple of weeks later (as I hadn't moved in yet), I can see that the inside of the kitchen cupboards were not touched at all, grease stains and marks are all left. Large amounts of dust seem to be left in places like the door letterbox and skirting of rooms. However the bath and sinks were cleaned pretty well. The cooker lid wasn't cleaned either. The living room window wasn't cleaned at the top, cobwebs/dust are left there. The storage units in the bathroom still had crumbs and stickyness so not sure if it was cleaned properly. Im not sure if the person that came was fully vetted or insured, he seemed to be anxious of getting paid if I did not give him a good review to the boss. Don't think I would use this service again however."
