Customer Reviews
"I visited Blackheath Locksmiths this morning after getting locked out of my flat. They were very friendly and helpful. Jon came right away and within 30 minutes of arriving to their store, I was back in my flat. Quick and efficient work. They had been offered a small discount. Would highly recommend Blackheath Locksmiths."
"I was extremely happy with the service provided by Blackheath Locksmiths. Jon paid us a visit to update the locks on our sash windows and French doors. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and advised us on what would meet certain criteria for home insurance coverage. The work was then carried out swiftly at a more than fair price. Would highly recommend."
"I had a fantastic experience with Blackheath Locksmiths. John was incredibly polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made what could have been a stressful situation really straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone – truly excellent service!"
"I had a great experience with Blackheath Locksmiths after the multipoint lock on my back door failed to disengage. I visited the shop and the locksmith there was incredibly helpful, giving me clear advice on potential repair and replacement costs. He suggested that if I could bring the lock in, he’d take a closer look and give a more accurate estimate. After a bit of a struggle removing the lock from the door, I returned—and true to his word, he got straight to work. He carefully disassembled, diagnosed, cleaned, and most importantly, fixed the lock on the spot. He spent about 30 minutes getting everything working smoothly again and charged a very reasonable fee. I left with a fully functional lock and a big smile. Highly recommended!"
"Had my flat door replaced by them and they did a fabulous job turning a fire door into an attractive traditional looking front door. No hesitation in recommending the quality and finish of their workmanship as well as their reliability and trustworthiness. And they cleaned up afterwards too!"
