Blakeney Leigh Ltd

"I made an initial enquiry regarding what I thought was a Party Wall Act notice. Sam was amazing, he got back to me extremely quickly, and persisted when files were sent to him incorrectly. He looked over the paperwork I had received and gave me very clear and comprehensive advice. Sam made me feel in control and I am now confident regarding the process as it goes forward. It is refreshing to correspond with professionals who explain processes to a lay person in a clear and understandable manner, with the right amount of detail yet without being patronising. Thank you Sam."

"Consulting on a project with Blakeney and have found everyone to be 'down to earth', knowledgable and positive. Site visit and drone survey of the proposed site with great insights within 1 week of initial contact. A perfect start. Thank you Rob!"

"Really impressed with the professionalism of Rob and Charlie, who undertook a new house snagging survey for me. The report identified around 150 items to be addressed, with clear photos of the issues, many of which I'd never have realised were needed. Really quick turnaround and a follow-up survey to check what had been completed was also included in the price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services."

"Excellent service from Michael McDonald and his team at Blakeney Leigh Ltd arranging our Party Wall Awards for our building project. Clear communication via email, regular updates and reasonable fees. Highly recommended."

"Review of Blackeney Leigh Would highly recommend! We have just received our report from Blackney and Leigh and are very pleased with the document. Their staff team Mike and Rob visited and conducted a thorough survey to ascertain the root causes of damp within the property and to advise on the appropriate course of action. It is reassuring to have such a detailed and clear report. Mike and Rob were knowledgeable, polite and personable and took time to ensure all aspects of the building were examined, they answered questions and gave useful explanations. Really pleased with the service they provided."
