BNM Builders Ltd

"I hired BNM Build for a home renovation, and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience. From the start, communication was terrible. Getting a response to simple questions took days, if not weeks. When they finally did show up to start the job, they were constantly late or didn’t show up at all, with no explanation or updates. The quality of work was far below what I expected for the price. There were constant mistakes, and I had to repeatedly point out issues that should have been obvious, like uneven flooring and poorly installed fixtures. To make matters worse, they left a mess after every workday, and I found myself cleaning up debris and dust just to keep my home liveable. They also went significantly over budget, with surprise charges added at the last minute for things that were supposed to be included in the original estimate. Even though they were quick to bill me, they dragged their feet when it came to fixing the problems they created. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and skilled construction company, I’d recommend avoiding BNM Build. The stress and frustration they caused me just wasn’t worth it. I’ll never use their services again."
