Build & Create Construction Ltd

"We used Build & Create to renovate the ground floor of our house, after a recommendation from a neighbour. From the start, we found Clinton to be professional and friendly. He was open and transparent about the costs when providing a quote, and throughout the job if we asked for extras. The team were extremely hard-working and efficient, often working weekends to make up time if required. Throughout the job, Clinton managed the project diligently, and was always contactable, keeping us updated on progress and consulting us on any decisions, and was happy to provide advice and recommendations when we asked. It made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could’ve been. In the end the job was completed to budget, and impressively within the planned timescale, despite various problems with deliveries and materials, which were out of their control. Most importantly, we were extremely happy with the quality of work they did. Any little snags that we did find they were happy to come back and fix afterwards. We couldn’t be happier with the work that Build & Create did and the manner with which they conducted it. We have been passing on the recommendation to all our other neighbours! We would certainly use them again."

"Clinton and team were a joy to work with, involving us at every stage of our loft conversion and getting the maximum space, finished to the high standard this company sets for itself. I have no doubt that the build quality will mean that we don't have the headache of leaks, poor finishing etc that my friends have experienced with loft companies. Attentive, finishing on time and all with full transparency, I recommend them wholeheartedly."

"I could not recommend Clinton highly enough. The work that he and his team did on our two-storey extentsion was superb. Not only was the overall qaulity of the workmanship really good, but during the job everyone was friendly and professional throughout. We were able to discuss things with Clinton at all times and they were very flexible about incorporating changes which we made as the process went on. A great bunch of people who did a very good job - first class."

"Build and create have just completed my utility room. The work was done to a high standard and I highly recommend them. They were the only builders I met who were able to give good advice which stopped me from making some big mistakes. The project was excellently managed by Clinton. Not only did he make some good suggestions at the start, which substantially improved what I had in mind, but as the work progressed, he paid great attention to the details and got them all right. All members of his team were highly skilled, very helpful and finished on schedule. I would not hesitate to give them future work."

"Clinton and his team did a fantastic job installing a downstairs toilet and utility cupboard in our SE London Victorian Terrace. The quality of the finish is outstanding including superb matching of paint colours to the existing kitchen paint. Their attention to detail is excellent and the team were very polite and tidied up after themselves each day. They also did an excellent job of painting and fitting a new front door. Would definitely recommend!"
