"The Build Team were professional and credible throughout. During the design phase they provided transparency and also flexibility in their service offering, so we were able to tailor the service in the way we were comfortable (building control, surveys etc). During the build phase we had regular catch ups, were involved in decision-making but supported throughout and we were able to tackle issues at pace and see the work develop at amazing pace. The milestone payment system gave us much needed security and we have ended up with a home in our image. Thank you to David, Nick, Sandra and everyone at the Design/Build Team for helping us."
