"Afraid I've had a very similar experience to the others here who unfortunately had an issue with their work quality. From my experience, and the other reviews here, it sounds like they really don't appreciate being challenged when they make a mistake! Definitely not a positive quality in a tradesperson... We had some switches and sockets replaced by them a couple of weeks ago, and, despite a perfectly reasonable request to come back and fix one of the switches which hasn't worked since they installed it, exactly as some of the other reviews have said, they are now saying I should have to pay for them to come back and fix their work. I've been forced to raise a formal complaint with them under the Consumer Rights Act because of how shockingly they've handled it. To be clear - the electrician was lovely, and mistakes happen - but hooo boy, some of their office staff could do with some customer service training - being incredibly rude AND wildly incorrect is such a bad combination 😂"

My request to replace a kitchen fridge in a larger space and adjust a neighbouring cupboard was greeted with a reassuring ‘can do’ attitude. Deep joy! They had a professional response to fixing problems without any drama or push back. They focused on details and nothing was too much trouble. An added bonus was their sense of fun while doing the work. I don't speak Polish but there was much laughter and a sense of enjoyment in their work. Communication was excellent. It was the best experience that I could have expected.. Well done guys. I will use you again."
