Building Town

"We are extremely happy with the work of BuildingTown. They completed a loft conversion and an extension for us, and the result exceeded our expectations. The team was highly skilled, professional, and very responsive. The work progressed quickly, every stage was clearly planned, and the project was completed exactly on schedule. Special thanks and our greatest appreciation go to Andrius, an experienced and reliable project leader. We faced a challenging drainage issue, and his calm, thoughtful approach helped us make the right decision without stress. We highly recommend BuildingTown. We worked with them back in 2018, and we would definitely choose them again for our next project."

"Building Town did an outstanding job on the renovation of our London home. The entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and a high standard of workmanship. We are absolutely delighted with the final result and would highly recommend Building Town to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled renovation team."

"We are very happy with the work of BuildingTown. They carried out an extension and a basement project for us, and the entire process was managed at a very high professional level. The work followed a clear plan, deadlines were met, and the team was well organised, reliable, and always responsive. Despite the technical complexity of the project, every stage was carefully thought through and clearly explained. We are extremely satisfied with the final result and would confidently recommend BuildingTown to anyone looking for a trustworthy construction company for complex and large-scale projects."

"Building Town helped us out with building a pretty complex drainage system around the house to prevent water ingression under its foundation and damage to the lower ground floor premises. The team was great from the start to finish. There wasn’t a moment when a complex issue would not be met with a strong will to sort it out and help the client, even if it meant a need to walk an extra mile. Highly recommended and we are already planning to use Building Town for our upcoming project. Thank you!"

"I’ve worked with BuildingTown on many projects. We have met when they built our private home extension in 2012 and since then I've been using Building town on all our projects. I have a property investment and development company. My company used Building town on five rear and side extensions, three loft conversions during 2016-2020, three separate home builds — a custom single-family home in 2018, a modern duplex in 2021, and a small multi-unit development in 2024. We used Building town whenever we bought properties with structural issues that needed walls being just reinforced or rebuilt altogether. We used them if we needed underpinning and structural support of some of the properties. This shows you the wide range of projects and the depth of knowledge of Andy and his team. No job was too big or too small for them. I wouldn't trust any other builder with structural projects. It often happens that during the project we discover unexpected issues. I always trusted Building Town to come up with the best, quickest and cheapest solution and present it convincingly and professionally to Building control and architects. Each project was different in scope and style, but they handled all of them with the same level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail. They were always easy to communicate with, stayed on top of deadlines, and weren’t afraid to offer smart solutions when challenges came up. I especially appreciated how transparent they were with budgets and timelines — no surprises, just solid work and a great team. Finding a construction company you can trust over multiple projects isn’t easy, but BuildingTown has been that for me for over 13 years. I have seen many other companies that tried to offer a cheaper quotation and then made us pay all kind of extras during the projects with fall outs and builders leaving the site unfinished. On building site whatever you pay cheap, you pay twice and have a lot of stress. It never happened on our projects with Building Town. Their prices are always fair and reasonable and have a firm justification based on time and complexity of a project. Andy is the calmest, person I have ever met who can explain complicated issues in a simple manner that gives you a warm feeling that you can do it! For me it worth a lot! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build."
