"I reached out to C Anderson this morning for a quote to fix a broken boiler flue in our third-floor apartment. The damaged section is on the exterior wall, around 10 metres off the ground. After contacting several other companies, I was told we’d need scaffolding at a cost of £3,500—on top of the repair—despite there being straightforward access via the flat roof. C. Anderson took a completely different, customer-centred approach. Instead of focusing on obstacles, they prioritised practical solutions. They arrived on time, were professional and positive, and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes—resolving a problem that had been dragging on for months. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was refreshingly straightforward. "Unfortunately I can't recommend - the main issues with the work were timings, poor communication from the company and the quality of the finish. We were initially given a 2 week timeline, appreciate there was the Christmas break in between but we were left for 6 weeks without a shower, and on multiple occasions had to call the office when we'd been told someone was coming and no one turned up. It felt like we were project managing - we weren't able to directly communicate with the builder when we weren't at the property, but then also didn't get any clear updates from the office team. The overall fitting works done were good but the finish was poor. We ended up having to clean paint off surfaces that hadn't been covered, and will have to repaint all the edges of the walls where the paint has cracked/discoloured. The tiles again weren't covered to protect them and so got scratched from tools getting put on them, quite frustrating when it's so easily avoidable."

"We had booked an engineer to visit yesterday as we didn’t have any gas coming out of our hob/ cooktop. They gave us a window of 12-5pm, we had to call the office at 4pm as we hadn’t heard that someone was on the way. We were told that they had an engineer close by and he would be with us shortly, we got another call at 5pm saying he would t be able to make it until after 5:30pm. Aside from turning up 30mins outside the timeframe given Abdul did a thorough job and got our job operational again. Would use them again if they were able to assure us they would arrive during the allotted timeframe. Thanks Abdul"
