"Called up because I needed my locks changed micky turned up right on time and was very helpful and polite great to chat with and did a brilliant job"
"amazing service, he came super fast and is actually affordable! got me in the property without damage!!"
"The worst company I have dealt with. I called them to fix/change a window lock. They quoted £45 over the phone for a call out, which was reasonable and fair and said it will be approx £100 extra if a new lock is required. When they showed up to complete the repair, they called me to inform me the window is falling off and it will cost £450 to fix, the tenant was worried her window will fall off the hinges, so i reluctantly proceeded. After drilling the lock they were unable to complete any repair and left the window lock in a mess. They refused to answer any calls or emails after this and I called another reputable company who completed the repair for £75. Stay well clear of these scammers. Pictures and receipts attached."
"Fast, reasonable. at night he didn’t see my door number Well, But he was Friendly when he arrived. Better than the one from the Other Company who asked more, and more, and more money! I wish you all stop preying on us people who lose they keys all the time🖤🤣"
"TL;DR: £484 for a stressful argument and a shoddy job. Called at 22:15 for a stuck key and were told it’d be a £49 call-out. Locksmith arrived at 23:00 and suddenly quoted £434 plus the call-out. Feeling pressured, we agreed (apparently "normal for a 'night' fee"). He took 45 minutes drilling, then tried to charge £100+ extra for replacing the lock—something we hadn’t agreed to. After a 10-minute argument, he backed down. I had to pay by bank transfer as his card machine “wasn’t working.” The final job was messy—splintered wood, misaligned latch, and nothing finished properly. Not worth the money or stress. £484 is overpriced, if not extortionate. He seemed to be making up numbers and taking advantage of a vulnerable situation. Do not use this company or believe its vague reviews."
