Capital Surveyors

"Robin was great, he completed a survey to a high and thorough standard of the property and provided some great advice too. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Amazing service. Robin is incredibly professional and reliable. Communication easy and straightforward. Deadlines kept as promised. Thanks to Robin and his thorough report we avoided a bad deal. Very good value for money considering the market. Strongly recommend."

"Robin has been brilliant. As a first time buyer not knowing a lot about the process, he explained things clearly and gave a competitive cost for the survey. The survey was completed quickly, with the report sent within 24 hours. Highly recommend!"

"My family recently used Robin's services. He wrote a very detailed level 3 building report for us that identified significant issues we were unaware of . He even gave us an early heads up before the report was finished of the major issues he found and was kind enough to talk them through over phone calls and provide general advice we can use in the future. His communication and work has been timely and professional throughout. The strongest indicator that we had a good experience is that we plan to use him again for any future purchase and to recommend him if any of our friends and families are in need of a surveyor in the future."

"I can highly recommend Robin. He was incredibly responsive and professional throughout — providing a quote, arranging a site visit, and delivering follow-up all within a very short timeframe. His expertise, particularly around structural concerns, gave us valuable insight and confidence during a time-sensitive property decision."
