Chelsea Plumbing & Heating

"Last night, I contacted this service because I was experiencing an issue with my electric shower. The problem was that I didn't have hot water in the electric shower, despite having hot water everywhere else in the house, and the boiler was not the issue. I scheduled an appointment from nine to twelve, and the technician arrived around 11:10, if I recall correctly. I explained the problem, but he informed me that he couldn't assist and suggested I contact either the company of the shower or the installation company. He didn't attempt to inspect the shower. Essentially, he worked for about 5-10 minutes and charged me £120. I expressed my dissatisfaction, stating that he hadn't done anything, but he explained that when I called, I didn't mention the electric shower, and he had driven for 45 minutes. Before contacting them, I was discussing with my girlfriend about giving this company a chance to fix the issue, thinking if it worked well, we could rely on their services in the future. Now, I am inclined to say that I will never call them back, and I expect a refund for this experience because it's simply unacceptable. Call pimlico plumbers, they are more helpfull and more professionals"

"Just a follow up on our service- Reza was a rock for us in leading us through the unexpected process of replacing our main water line. From the start to the finish Reza was there for us to respond to questions and concerns."

"We had a problem with a drain and Beni came and did an excellent job repairing. He was very friendly and personable. And BTW, he worked hard to get it repaired tonight! Thanks Beni"
