City Sound Secondary Glazing

"Lovely looking secondary glazing that was fitted last week. It looks fabulous, unobtrusive and works well. The fitters were great as well. They explained how to operate the windows at the end and left no mess. Very professional"

"Highly recommend City Sound, two days since installation and I’ve been sleeping better already, working nights and sleeping in the day in my home that’s located near a rather noisy road, there’s no need for ear plugs any more! The reduction in noise is significant. Ryan has been great throughout with communication and the three gentleman who completed the install were also excellent and completed the install to a high standard. They even relocated my new blinds in front of the frames, this is appreciated. Very pleased with the final product, thank you!"

"Super communicative team and such efficiency with our secondary glazing. I believe from initial survey, to making templates, to actual installation the whole process took less than a month. We got secondary glazing throughout our flat and the finished product looks fantastic- you can’t even notice them they blend in so well. We have a few unusually shaped windows that another company wouldn’t even consider creating the glazing for, but it was no problem for CS. Installation was also great- the team took a whopping hour and a half for three very large windows and two smaller arched windows (SO speedy!) and took a lot of care to cover our floors and furniture with drop cloths they brought themselves, even vacuumed up afterwards. Sales team and surveyor were also a pleasure to work with. A fantastic experience overall."

"We had secondary glazing fitted to two quite tricky bay windows in our flat and the team did a great job. They took real care to make sure the installation looked good and fit in with the room’s design, including checking with us on the paint colour beforehand. Communication throughout was clear and professional, and the installers were polite, tidy, and respectful. They left everything clean and well finished at the end of the job. The results have been excellent. We no longer get condensation on cold mornings, the room holds its temperature much better, and there’s a reduction in outside noise. Overall, very happy with both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the team. Would happily recommend."

"City Sound Secondary Glazing provided outstanding service during our recent installation at Wesley Hall. Their team was professional, efficient, and demonstrated exceptional expertise in working with heritage buildings. The secondary glazing has significantly reduced external noise, enhancing the comfort of our space. The discreet design seamlessly blends with our existing windows, preserving the building's character. We highly recommend City Sound for their quality workmanship and excellent customer service."
