"We hired James on short notice, and he was able to fit us in quickly, which we really appreciated. Despite some bad weather, he completed the driveway in just 3 days, and the end result turned out amazing. The driveway looks great and was done professionally with clear attention to quality. For constructive feedback, it would be helpful to have all payment details clearly outlined in writing, as the final cost deviated from the original quote. Also, confirming the chosen colour with the customer before proceeding would avoid any confusion, as a different colour was used than what was initially agreed upon. That said, the driveway still came out really nice, and overall we’re happy with the finished product and the speed and professionalism of the work."
