"Started well, ended very badly and is a classic case of a company losing focus on day to day client care. I have never come across anything like it. We initially dealt directly with Yayra and the service was good. We even supported her by referring potential clients, and in return were given a competitive rate. Unfortunately, that goodwill didn’t last. Over time, prices increased, communication deteriorated, and Yayra became absent—replaced by a faceless team. The final increase, including VAT, pushed costs up significantly. We then asked the cleaner directly, while they were with us, a simple and reasonable question about whether they also worked independently. The response was extraordinary: an abrupt, impersonal, condescending email from someone called Sapphire in their office informing us we were no longer clients. No conversation, no attempt to resolve—just immediate dismissal. On top of that, all future bookings were simply cancelled and removed from our diary without any discussion or warning. It was almost like client cleansing. You couldn’t make it up! The most telling part is that Yayra didn’t pick up the phone. A basic, human conversation could have resolved everything in minutes. Yayra is good. She is articulate and very capable in client onboarding and responding to reviews but be very careful with this company going forward. I fully expect a structured possibility defensive reply perhaps suggesting we acted inappropriately. We didn’t. We were nothing but supportive to her business. If you value professionalism, communication, or even basic courtesy, think very carefully before using this company."
