Clerkenwell Plumbing And Heating Ltd

"This is not Clerkenwell plumbing, but a call centre for a generic big services company. On the plus side, they came within 2 hours and unblocked my sink on Easter Sunday and the guy was nice. On the downside, to the call centre I explained the problem is the dishwasher and the sink. The guy who came said he's not actually a plumber and so he can't fix the dishwasher. So I had to pay £180 for half the job. On the phone, the admin person said the "plumber" would call me to discuss the issue, but he just turned up. So if you want a quick fix, this is it. But if you want an actual local plumber and a comprehensive service, this is not it."

"Outstanding experience! The plumber handled our bathroom renovation flawlessly. Every pipe was installed perfectly, and all fixtures worked without issue. He communicated clearly throughout the project and kept the area clean each day. It’s great dealing with someone so reliable and skilled. The results exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely recommend his services to family members."

"Our sink disposal unit stopped working, and this plumber replaced it quickly. He gave us several options, explained the pros and cons, and didn’t push the most expensive choice. Installation was flawless, and everything works perfectly now. He was polite, punctual, and clearly skilled. It’s reassuring to know we’ve found someone dependable for any future plumbing problems around our home."

"Shabbir was a very professional technician that explained everything from before and after what he was going to do. He also explained what he found and what it would take to fix the problem. He was polite and kind. Good job! Thank you!"

"David and Hristiyan deserve all the stars. We called and had no idea what happened with our hot water heater, Hristiyan came and diagnosed the issue immediately. They installed the new water heater in less than 3 hours I was shocked and sooo happy. We’ll be using them from now on for our 2 flat building!"
