Cohanim Architecture - RIBA Chartered Practice

"Josh has undertaken a number of fabulous designs and obtained planning permission for us on a number of recent projects. The companies attention to detail and customer focus is outstanding. Josh is truly a pleasure to work with."

"I own Tee Time Golf Centre in Blackpool. We have just been successful in a planning application for an adventure golf course on our facility. When I first met Josh he agreed to take on the planning application stating, "I like a quirky one!" Let me tell you due to objections and constant planning obstacles that were thrown in our way over a 12 month period this was anything but 'quirky'. Throughout this process Josh never wavered in his belief he would "get this over the line", and he certainly did just that. He also kept my sanity in check more than once. He always displayed confidence, professionalism, and if he ever grew tired of my phone calls he never showed it! He has been a constant source of knowledge, wisdom and support. I know his company will have had far bigger contracts than ours, but you would never know that with the care and attention to detail he has shown us throughout the process. Several local councillors have said to me they have not witnessed documents and plans of the quality we submitted. I can only say thank you to Josh and his team, and he has even promised to help us with our next venture when the time arises! I can fully recommend Cohanim Architecture in every respect, from beginning to end they were absolutely first class in every single department. Thanks Josh, you understand what this means to us. "When trying to navigate the complex and ambiguous listed building consent process, from the other side of the world, during our first interaction, Joshua at Cohanim Architecture provided the most clarity we had received in months. In minutes he grasped the severity of our situation and immediately found ways to resolve the urgent issues, quickly re-scheduling work to come to our aid. We would highly recommend his firm to anyone looking to conduct any work on their home and Joshua will be the first person we call, as and when we need more assistance in the future of our roof repair nightmare."

"Cohanim Architecture assisted us with obtaining planning permission to get our windows replaced. We live on a conservation road in London. Joshua was very helpful throughout the process. We succesfully achieved planning permission - and we knew Josh and his team were always on our side throughout! Would recommend to anyone. Pricing was very fair."

"We used Josh to design our 2/3 story extension and honestly, could not be more grateful for his help. His ideas/knowledge are second to none and he was always receptive to any questions we had or any changes we wanted to make. They made the whole process, even the planning application painless and stress free! 100% recommend and we’ll definitely be back!"
