"I have recently worked with Humberto, in Stoke on Trent where I am expanding my property portfolio. I had brought a property and quickly realised I needed structural advice/support, as well as floor design & help with building regs - all of which was new to me. Compass Engineering (especially Humberto) was recommended to me, and quickly I realised why - he visited and advised me at the property, and he quickly explained what I needed and designed a cost effective solution - also he was a great support through the project, giving advice as well as drawings when needed for building control. Also through the process, he was extra helpful, going the extra mile to check in on progress, or vist the house with builders when needed, to make sure I got this project moving along again - coest effectivly and efficiently. Buidling control are now happy, and I have learned a lot!.
