"Extremely poor standard of cleaning - would not recommend for end of tenancy clean. The pictures don’t quite do this justice but after the end of tenancy clean there were significant issues with the attention to detail and the company not fulfilling their obligations. To note - The floors were not cleaned or polished throughout the entire flat. This includes the bathroom floor. There was thick dust as shown in the picture. Limescale was left around the bathroom shower screen and tap. The bathroom cabinet was also not cleaned (both front and inside). The shower screen still had limescale residue. None of the doorways had been cleaned. There were cobwebs and dirt was left on the floor. The front of the kitchen cabinets hadn’t been wiped. The kitchen worktop and breakfast bar hadn’t been wiped - there were still tea marks left. The bottom of the kitchen units hadn’t been cleaned. The skirting boards still had thick dust in the bedrooms and living room. Candle wax was left on then living room floor. I complained and was offered a re-clean. The cleaners were two hours late and rude to me upon arrival. I had to go due to a drs appointment and when i inspected the property the next day - none of the things I raised had been cleaned! I suspect they left shortly after I did. I would not recommend this company."

"While I appreciate that you had the re-clean done today however the cleaning by no means was of premium standard. I get regular cleaners from housekeep and a couple other local cleaning companies and their regular cleaning has much higher standards than your deep-clean pre-tenancy clean. Here are the list of issues to be specific - 1. No thoroughness. Clearly evident given you agreed to send them twice. Even then I had to locate the cob webs for them at several occasions. They had to redo and scrub the gas hob which they didn't last time. 2. Use of dirty clothes to clean window panes. The water dripping from the cleaning was dirty despite the fact that they cleaned it the second time today. It was obviously because their cleaning tool was extremely dirty. 3. Use of unclean clothes to clean refrigerator where one keeps their food! This should have been taken care of by them. Despite asking them, they continued cleaning with the dirty cloth. 4. Coming to chemicals - a simple black harpic power cleaner is enough to clean the toilet pots. Your team used some unnamed chemical which was ineffective for toilet pot, and for light moulds. 5. Coming to tools - when you know it's a 2 floor house clean, I assume you would expect that their may be cobwebs which may be at a height that cannot be reached by a regular vacuum cleaner or mop. Your team didn't bring a proper cobweb tool to clean the roof corner cobwebs above the staircase. That's basic stuff that one expects from a end of tenancy cleaning. 6. Lastly coming to the fact that your cleaning was a regular, below average cleaning and by no means a deep-clean, your charge of Β£608 is completely unjust! Market rates for cleaning is between Β£16-18. Your team spent a total of 12.5 man hours at our house so that gives Β£225. Even if I add Β£50 for tools and chemicals, the cleaning was not worth more than Β£300. And then additional money for steam clean of carpet still means that your regular, suboptimal service is highly over priced. Ideally, you should refund atleast Β£150 back to us for the service that you provided."

"Organised an end of tenancy clean and upholstery cleaning with this firm for 30th November 2022. Everything on the phone seemed professional and they sent confirmation. On the day of the clean they contacted me to say the team were running late, which was fine by me, then the agent advised that I was to pay cash on arrival to the team and then I was to leave the property. I said I wasn't comfortable with this as it had never been mentioned. The agent swore blind it was on my confirmation email, but this is incorrect, it was never mentioned on the paperwork I received and agreed to. When the team arrived I explained to the team leader that I wouldn't be giving them cash on arrival and I would do so when they finished, and nervously left the house to run errands. I returned in a bit of a rush as I got caught in traffic and did a cursory check over the apartment and thought everything was in order. When I checked more thoroughly I found that the clean was substandard. The oven clean that I had paid for was done on the inside, but all the gunk from inside the oven had dripped to the underneath of the door which wasn't cleaned. No dusting had been done on high level eg around the light fittings and they were which with dust, top shelves and dining room stools also which with dust. When I moved the furniture I found they hadn't moved to clean underneath it at all. I contacted the firm immediately and no answer, and when I repeatedly couldn't get through I emailed them and sent photos as I needed to get them back in under their 72 hour rule as I had tenants moving in. Their reply completely refused responsibility. Apparently the white plastic lights are classed as a 'chandelier' which they won't clean in case they break them. It's white plastic, not crystal. They said that there was nothing wrong with the oven despite the photos and then said that in the paperwork it says that they won't move furniture due to health and safety risk. I read through all the paperwork and there's no mention of this anywhere. As they refused to send anyone back and refused any form of refund, I had to get another company in to clean up the mess they left. My advice would be to go anywhere other than this company, you are wasting your money and you won't get any help to redo work they missed off, nor will you get a refund. All you will get is a headache. Please also note that when you click on their website from the Google reviews, it is a different website to their actual one. Bit of a smokescreen to all the bad reviews they got if you ask me."
