"I used Danny cleaners for the first time yesterday at my apartment in Notting Hill. Initially everything went great and Danny was very responsive. He kept then adding expenses for small extra things which were initially deemed to be part of the package. The clean was ok but took a lot longer than other cleaners I had used before. There was a simple instruction I had told them to leave the washing in the washing machine. But instead they hung wet laundrette all across the apartment. This was extremely unprofessional and my guests were not impressed at all whereby I had to refund them for their stay. When then speaking to Danny about it on the phone, he kept saying sorry but making sure I knew he would not be able to compensate me at all. Then after started blaming me and telling me we don’t usually do laundrette. He also was taking the situation lightly and not being professional on the phone. Overall the clean in the area can be done for a lot cheaper, with much better quality and with better customer service. I would NOT recommend Danny’s cleaners at all. Terrible experience."
