David Cooper Associates Chartered Surveyors (Central London Office)

"It has been a pleasure to work with David over the past few years. We received sound, professional advice throughout our recent refurbishment work from initial preparation, the tender process and through to completion. All went smoothly and was on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend."

"Mary was super helpful and David did a great job and clearly explained red flag areas etc during our call."

"Mary and David were both very professional and helpful over the phone. I got an early appointment as I requested and the report was very detailed and easy to read. Mary responded to all my queries immediately and I had a 30 min call with David after the survery which was included in the fees. I would highly recommend them. Thankyou for your help."

"Absolutely stellar service from start to finish! My husband and I contacted Mr Cooper earlier this year to provide us with a surveyor's report and evaluation for our first property. His report was so thorough, which helped us to make an informed decision. Furthermore, the evaluation was instrumental in assisting us in re-negotiating the asking price, saving us a substantial amount. The administrative staff were professional and very quick at responding to our emails. They made the whole process a stress-free one. Would highly recommend!"

"Fantastic service received regarding our property valuation. Mary was very helpful in arranging the appointment and then the support that we had from David, with a detailed report and subsequent Teams call to discuss, really helped us in our buying decision. Sadly we had to withdraw from our original purchase but will definitely be using David Cooper associates when we find our next property."
