"Daylight robbery!! I called due to a hairline leak coming from one of the stems on a radiator. I'd booked in for a 9am timeslot. The "plumber" Shabir, showed up at around 11:30 after I'd called the office to find out what was going on. I turned off the stop cock and he had a brief look then said he needed to go and find parts. An hour and a half later he returned and started "fixing the issue". He took the radiator off the wall, cut an inch of both stems and then told me that there wasn't enough piping left for him to attach the valves. He temporarily capped one of the stems then told me due to a dent in the other one he couldn't cap it and that i'd need to rip up the floorboards, replace the under joist piping and cap that. At this point(15:45), somewhat concerned about the scale of the job he was describing, he told me that he have to go, and that he'd have to charge me more to fix it, but that he had to leave now anyway. He suggested i pay by bank transfer to avoid a 5% fee on credit cards(which i wish i had swallowed) and essentially fled leaving me with no running water, no radiator, and £198.5 poorer. I inevitably had to call a plumber immediately who was straight up appalled by the story i had to tell him. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

"The plumber did a fantastic job fixing our shower. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault quickly, and repaired it on the spot. He was polite and professional throughout. Everything works perfectly now."

"This company is a SCAM. The plumber came into my flat charging £49 for a callout. I asked him to install a water softener that would cover my entire flat and he would charge me for £230 an hour. He brought someone else that was learning how to do the job with him and they took two hours to complete the job that I didn't request. |They installed the water softener only for my washing machine and charged me for £516 and to transfer to his personal account. I'm trying to reach out to the company and they are not answering."

"Had a minor leak on a water filter to fridge, quoted £49 callout fee plus cost of any materials. Engineer turned up quickly and fixed it by cutting a piece of tube, took about 15 minutes. He then asked for £199 which I was surprised at - he said it 'included the £49 callout fee'. Then asked me to pay to his personal account details. Queried cost with a manager who was hard to track down, he said the £49 callout fee includes no time, so if the job takes even 1 minute you'll be charged an hours labour or a £150 minimum labour charge. I said they should therefore state clearly the callout cost is not £49 but a minimum of £199. I see others have had the same issues. Avoid this company, there are cheaper plumbers who charge a callout fee which includes 30 mins/1 hour labour so you are not misled on the cost."

"This company is a SCAM. I called this morning to be told it would cost £49 for call out charge. David who I was apparently talking to said he couldn’t tell me the hourly rate in the phone as it depending on the job. when the plumber Joe came to my house he said a leaking toilet would take over 2 hours and a charge of £195 per hour, he then said that all works would cost around £500. This company is a scam do not use them as I paid the call out charge to a personal account and had to reference gift. So dodgy!"
