Decor Express - Decorators Centre

"Absolutely incredible service today from Daniel. Over the phone and in person. We had a last minute paint emergency that would delay a project and mean paying a painter for an extra day. I called Decor Express, they suggested communication via WhatsApp. It was quick, clear, easy. Sending pictures, asking questions, being able to go back and read what was said. The problem was solved in 15mins and the paint was ready 15mins later. They even helped me carry all the paint to the car. Highly recommended!"

"We bought samples from here and just got the paint made up and it’s a completely different colour. Really frustrating and poor customer service as they’ve refused to do anything about their mistake. They tried to say it’s because the sample was wood paint but we also got wood paint with them and that’s a different colour too."

"As a trade customer, I get the best support and technical know how from the entire DecorExpress team. Karolina is a genius as getting complicated paint and finishes orders collated, produced and sent to site with an efficiency and friendliness that is rare to find these days! Thank you."

"I'm so impressed by the fantastic service provided in Clapham branch. I've been in this store several times over the past few months and the advice & professionalism is on the top level. Such a good knowledge & passion and it's a joy to go there."

"I believe this place exemplifies how businesses might pay for positive Google reviews, as my visit was far from a 5-star experience. The staff's behaviour was unacceptable. They appeared to lack product knowledge, and multiple employees, including the manager, spoke in Polish amongst themselves, uncaring about the presence of customers. I also observed the manager swearing at both employees and customers, and staff members laughing at customers. I was initially served by one individual, but then three other employees interrupted the transaction. The woman at the till was particularly rude, making the final part of my purchase very unpleasant. The paint colour I got from their colour mix was incorrect, and the primer I purchased was out of date. To top it off, I found that I paid significantly more than I would have at other decorating centres. I absolutely cannot recommend your store."
