Delamere Nicolet Chartered Surveyors

"We used Delamere Nicolet for a recent survey on a residential property and I cannot thank them enough. From the first conversation, through to the verbal report (post survey) and all dealings subsequently, first class and very impressive. I can recommend them very highly and will certainly use again."

"I was recommended Chris Nicolet of Delamere Nicolet Chattered Surveyors by Orlando Reid estate agent for a building survey of a property in London we intend to buy. I have found Chris to be extremely professional and we are very pleased with services we have received. Nothing is too much for Chris. He is always happy to help. The building survey report was comprehensive and addressed all of the issues. We are very pleased with Chris and would recommend him without any hesitation."

"Chris did the Level 3 survey for a property we're looking to buy and has been super helpful and accessible throughout the process. All items that were highlighted as needing attention were spot on and have since been confirmed by independent contractors. Chris was also super responsive and provided valuable advice when I reached out to him with some follow-up questions many weeks after the survey was completed. I'd definitely recommend Delamere Nicolet and would happily use them again for any future surveys."

"I have used Chris Nicolet's services for over a decade on numerous properties. He is the most knowledgeable and efficient person in his industry that I have come across. The reports are both comprehensive and backed up by experience. Over the phone, he offers great insight. Highly recommend."

"We used Delamere Nicolet twice during our house purchase journey for Level 3 surveys, as our first purchase fell through. Both times they were extremely professional and communicative. They were also very fast in both the organising and write up of the survey; which also included giving us highlights on the day of the survey. The full report itself was very detailed with photos, and included tips on maintenance. We were very happy with our experience and would happily recommend them to all our friends."
