Design Team

"This is the second project we've worked with this design firm on, and both times we've had the pleasure of being partnered with David. He is patient, which mattered a lot to us since we are still new to the process and our project turned out to be complex. David takes the time to clearly explain every step, so we always understood our options and never felt lost. He's built a genuinely trusted relationship with us, and his helpfulness throughout has been outstanding. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him and Design Team again."

"We used them to get architectural drawings and to manage our planning application process with sourcing and liaison for a party wall agreement that was subcontracted for an extra standard fee. It really removed the hassle of managing the process on our own. We went from engaging to full planning permission in just a few months. They were communicative and understanding of our amateur questions about the process. Would recommend."

"I used Design Team to help secure planning permission for a side return extension at our property, and I was delighted with the service from start to finish. The team , most notably David, was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. They went the extra mile by helping us obtain permission for additional elements that were not originally included in the proposed works when we approached them. We are very pleased that our application was approved by the Local Council and would highly recommend Design Team to anyone looking for planning and architectural services."

"We had a great experience with Design Team and Steven in particular. He took our ideas on board and added in his own helpful suggestions, especially as we are complete novices when it comes to extensions. He clearly has a very good understanding on what is acceptable by the council for planning permission and guided us accordingly. Would recommended Design Team to anyone. Looking forward to working with Nick and Build Team for the build which so far has been very encouraging."

"We wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the entire design team for such a fantastic experience from start to finish - especially Steven and Nick! The service truly felt “cradle to grave” - seamless, professional, and incredibly well managed at every stage. The planning was submitted and executed so efficiently, and we were especially impressed that it was accepted ahead of schedule. That level of organisation and attention to detail made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free for us. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and really appreciate all the hard work, care, and expertise that went into it. Thank you again - we’re very pleased our house is a home!"
