We had two units installed and we were so happy that we also recommended them to our friends and family to get their units in as well. I’ve worked closely with Maisy over the months coordinating their visit and she’s always been responsive and friendly. On the day of the installation, Danny and his team were on time, worked hard despite being a very hot day, and left everything tidy after they were finished. Do not hesitate to book them for your AC needs."

"Our neighbour had these guys on site to install some A/C. We had some big appliances arriving so had to block two parking spots right outside our house so that the delivery guys wouldn’t have to block the whole street. But one of these guys was incredibly rude and he just pushed our stuff aside and parked without even trying to speak to us even though we were just standing right there waiting for the delivery. We would have explained and moved it regardless if he were respectful and spoke to us about it. Also, for context, we did also reach out to this company weeks prior to get a quote for an AC installation. However, even after leaving a few messages and voicemails, we got zero responses from them. Kind of explains the behaviour to be honest. Definitely avoid!"
