He explained my possible options for a boiler repair/replacement in simple terms, and was honest and upfront about the costs we might be facing. For our particular situation he advised that we consider an electric boiler - which he can't install and therefore can't earn any money for! There is sometimes the worry that a tradesman will exploit their superior knowledge in their field to charge you for unnecessary or futile work, but not even a hint of that in Dilwar. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any gas/boiler engineering works you may need."
