Diamond Gleam

"Great service from these guys throughout the process of booking the job and punctual arrival. They did a great job on my roll-top bath and had it looking brand new and back to its former glory."

"Simon came to my job yesterday to repair a bath that I had chipped in a very awkward clients house. I honestly thought my client was going to want a new bath, but after Simón had done the repair, my client was amazed at how good it looked, and accepted it. Many Thanks for sending a true professional over. 👍😉"

"Very happy with my experience using Diamond Gleam and Ian who owns the business. I had to repair my steel bath after I dropped the shower head on it and made a big dent! The quote given was competitive and it was Ian's experience and communication with me at the start that made me choose Diamond Gleam. He kept in communication with me before and on the day of the appointment. When he was done I couldn't tell where the treatment had been completed and I still can't tell several weeks on. Ian was particularly helpful on the day as he had to come back 30 mins later to re-do the treatment, after my shower head decided to leak on the spot! He was patient and friendly and ended up staying longer than expected, and at no extra cost. I also learned that sometimes it's better just to take the hit of a professional to mend a steel bath mark, rather than do it on the cheap using a DIY kit. It can be tempting I know, but I'm glad I went with Ian."

"I can't rate Diamond Gleam highly enough. I sent a query through their website during the Christmas/New Year shut down period (30th December to be exact) not expecting any contact for a while. In reality Len was in touch within the hour. He was excellent - Really informative and helpful, gave me some brilliant advice on what we could do to help the situation whilst we sorted out a solution. He had a quote to me later that day, and the next day called me to book it in for the first working day in January. Shanna called on the day to inform me she was enroute and then arrived and set to work. She was polite, and she was METICULOUS. I am absolutely astounded at the repair, it is INCREDIBLE. This was a big old crack extending from the outside of the shower tray, through and onto the base by 3-4 inches. I don't even have a clue where it was any more, the repair is that perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - Absolute first rate service from start to finish. Thanks Len, Shanna and team"

"We had a few chips in the shower tray and Diamond Gleam made an excellent job of repairing them. The price was competitive, they responded to my initial enquiry quickly and the appointment was within a week of my initial enquiry to them. Sharra, the technician who attended was very friendly, very professional and extremely good at carrying out the repair. She even reminded us when she left about how long to leave it before using the shower again. I would highly recommend Diamond Gleam to anybody wanting a repair to their bath or shower tray."
